Sr. Investigator, Ethics and ESG Specialist for Honeywell International, Inc. (Charlotte, NC). Review incoming allegations of employee misconduct, determine whether an investigation is appropriate, & if so, prepare a succinct summary of the allegation, categorize it & prepare scoping questions.
Requires Bachelor degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Data Science, Risk Management, Business Admin, or a related field + 3 years of related experience. Must have 3 years of experience with the following: Project management & data analysis skills; Management & processing of personal & sensitive data skills; Ability to review, interpret & analyze sensitive & confidential information from multiple sources & present that in a clear & concise manner; experience working with global & multidisciplinary teams; experience working with case management systems, such as OneTrust PIA & ServiceNow; experience with visualization tools, in particular Tableau & Power BI; experience with productivity digital applications in the context of risk management. Approximately 10% domestic & international travel required. Telecommuting permitted up to 2x/wk.
