Krones, Inc. is looking for multiple Regional Service Technicians - Electrical to perform timely & accurate service in customer's plants, such as commission, troubleshoot & retrofit of machines in the industrial automotive field independently. Remote position based in Franklin, WI.
Required: Associate Degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, or Mechatronics and 4 years experience as Service Technician/Engineer. In lieu of Associate Degree, ER will accept High School Diploma and 6 years experience as Service Technician/Engineer. In addition 4 years experience (6 with High School Diploma) required in: testing equipment including voltmeter, ammeter & ohmmeter; reading blueprints, along with basic mechanical skills; Microsoft XP & 7; machine hardware (control circuits, actuators & sensors); reading electrical schematics & programmable logic controllers (PLCs), including Allen Bradley & Siemens; SCADA Systems & Fieldbus (Ethernet, Profi-Bus & Profi-Net). Extensive travel (nearly constant – up to 100%), domestic & foreign to unanticipated worksites.
