Trend Micro, Inc. seeks a Director, Product Management in Chicago, IL.
Duties:
• Work with the Product Leader and other Product Managers to understand the product strategy and drive compelling stories
• Share the Vision One vision with internal and customer stakeholders
• Work with Product Managers and R&D Teams to ensure Enablement and Education delivery aligns with both strategy and story
• Maintain expert-level understanding of market, analyst, and competitor positioning
• Work with customers to understand their usage of products and communicate that understanding back to internal teams
• Connect customers with product development teams and other internal teams as required to facilitate direct feedback
• Engage both proactively and reactively to ensure customers' success in using our products and services
• Work in cooperation with other teams to analyze customer flows and usage data, as well as support teams in identifying new areas for enablement and educational needs
• Engage directly in strategic sales opportunities to help drive a favorable outcome through inter-department coordination and sharing of in-depth product knowledge
• Perform updates to the field on product/service strategy so that the field is informed of what is to come and can provide feedback
• Build and communicate the corporate strategy for Enablement and Education, ensuring that employees, partners, and customers fully understand the Vision One platform
