FORTNA Systems Inc. seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer in Atlanta, GA.
Duties: Responsible for improving software product delivery in the areas of provisioning, monitoring, securing, deploying, scaling, maintaining, and system hardening. Supporting project and product teams, and collaborating with the software development, architecture, and infrastructure teams to derive best practices for continuous improvement in the areas of CI/CD. Hands-on work to build, set up, monitor and maintain running systems remotely and at client sites. Establish idempotent CI/CD pipelines to automate configuring, provisioning, packaging, testing, and deployment of FORTNA software. Configure and deploy GUI front-end/reporting visualizations of builds, deployments, tests, telemetry, alerting, errors/logs, and health status. Draft and maintain detailed, up-to-date technical documentation and user guides for SDLC tool chain. Participate in the troubleshooting of performance and stability issues and recommended solutions to prevent recurrence. Apply proper architecture and best-practice guidelines to achieve "as a service" DevOps capabilities for the multi-cloud platforms. Requires 10% domestic travel to various client site locations throughout the U.S. Telecommuting is permitted.
