Assist in generating timely and creative design solutions within the parameters of a project provided by a Project Architect or Project Manager for Corgan Associates, Inc.
Duties include: Assist in preparing construction documentation, field observation reports, final inspections, and project closeout; design concepts and information into images using freehand sketching and computer software; incorporate established schematic design, material selection, code required clearances and production time constraints into detailing solutions; determine functional or spatial requirements of structures; gather information regarding design, structure specifications, and materials to document detailing solutions; assist in coordination with local architects, consultants, and contractors; assist in maintaining log of all RFIs and Submittals including date received, date returned and status of unreturned requests; and assist project leaders with contract administration tasks.
