-Create test plans and experiments to challenge packaging designs and materials.
-Improve and manage packaging specifications, test methods, and standard operating procedures.
-Oversee and manage complete packaging projects in accordance with Niagara policies.
-Analyze engineering drawings and specifications of products to determine physical characteristics of items, special handling, environmental and safety requirements, and types of materials required for packaging.
-Work closely with Global Suppliers, Project Engineers, Quality, Manufacturing, and Procurement teams.
-Provide training to factory personnel on packaging tests and standards to drive a focus on packaging quality.
-Create detailed technical reports and business presentations to company management.
-Recommend cost-effective solutions to complex problems.
-Supervise and coordinate internship projects.
