Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 2 years of academic or employment experience in working with and creating data analytics solutions. Academic or employment experience must include a minimum of: 2 years of experience with various machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks) and their real-world applications; 2 years of experience utilizing advanced statistical techniques and concepts (e.g., regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests); 2 years of experience working in cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, IT, operations) to support digital transformation or analytics projects; 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or healthcare services; 1 year of experience using statistical computer languages (e.g., R, Python) to manipulate data and extract insights from large data sets; 1 year of experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to communicate findings to stakeholders; and 1 year of experience developing or deploying data pipelines or ETL workflows for ingesting data from multiple sources (e.g., historians, MES, sensors). Up to 5% domestic or international travel required. Part-time telecommuting may be permitted. #LI-DNI
