DIRECTOR, WEST ZONE
Hybrid/remote work schedule may be permitted within commutable distance from worksite, in accordance with company policies. Execute West Zone sales strategy regarding Global Benefits Management (GBM), Consulting & Tech solutions.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field + 4 years experience in position offered or related. Must have 4 years experience with: Selling & designing GBM programs, global consulting, local brokerage, & tech solutions to multinational C-level HR, Finance, & Risk/Insurance Buyers; Negotiating & contracting with large multinational organizations, international insured benefits vendors, & global insurance networking partners.
Base salary range: $195,229 - $255,000/year. Determined on case-by-case basis by factors such as experience, skills, training & education. Role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives.
