To develop, configure, & deliver APIs using Java for software apps & webpages. Multiple Positions.
Requirements: MS or foreign equivalent in IT, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering & 2 years experience as software developer engineer, software developer, Java developer, or related & 2 years experience with all following: developing & delivering Domain Driven Design APIs using Spring Boot & RESTful webservices, including implementing secure scalable services using Swagger for API documentation; working with Java apps using: Spring Boot frameworks, REST, ORM, Kafka, relational databases, & NoSQL cloud-supported databases; using & implementing microservice based architecture using Docker & Amazon ECS; working in DevOps environment setting up & managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins & Terraform, including implementing monitoring and deployment automation with datadog; CI/CD including implementing CI/CD pipelines and containers using Docker, including setting up automated quality checks, and managing container orchestration in production environments; developing cloud native apps with robust observability setups; developing & integrating enterprise-grade authentication & authorization, including SSO brackets and field level encryption; leveraging Elasticsearch & logstash for search & log indexing & ElastiCache for caching strategies; & using Splunk for app monitoring & diagnostics across multiple microservices. In lieu of MS+2 years experience, will accept BS or foreign equivalent in IT, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering & 5 years experience as software developer engineer, software developer, Java developer, or related & 5 years experience with all of above. Position may allow WFH within commute distance of worksite.
