Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration or a related field + 5 years of related experience required. ADP will also accept a master's degree + 3 years of related experience. 1 year of experience must include: Working with cross functional agile product or solution development team with demonstrated success; Setting priorities for team, oversee product backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics & removing blockers including burndown chart & release burn up; Product Management; Agile methodologies; Machine learning; Statistical test; Data engineering & tech; Product Lifecycle Management; Translating complex project timelines, tech milestones, & deliverable requirements into actionable plans for stakeholders; Measuring business impact of product initiatives by defining success metrics, analyzing outcomes & translating results into actionable insights; & Supporting organizational readiness & change management strategies for developed products.
