Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Accounting, Tax, Business Administration or related + 1 year of experience in job offered. Alternatively, ER will accept Bachelor's (or foreign equivalent) in Accounting, Tax, Business Administration, or related & 5 years of progressively responsible experience. Must have experience in each: Resolving complex accounting issues; GAAP; GAAS; SEC rules & regulations; PCAOB rules & regulations; Public accounting; Microsoft office products, including Windows, Word, Excel & PowerPoint; Reviewing engagement profitability, including billings & collections; & Using various assurance apps & research tools. Must have CPA OR sufficient education/experience requirements (as determined by state Board of Accountancy) to receive CPA within 24 months of hire or promotion. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
