REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor degree or foreign equivalent in any field + 2 years experience in position offered or related. Must have 2 years experience with: Working with & applying various compensation models, including base pay, bonuses, incentives, & benefits; Analyzing data & trends related to total rewards and/or HR practices primarily through use of compensation management software, including MarketPay & PayScale, & salary surveys.
Salary: $117,500 - $158,000/year. Details on case-by-case basis by factors such as experience, skills, training & education. May also be eligible for performance-based incentives. Competitive total rewards package including Health & Wellness benefits, tuition assistance, 401(k), other retirement & employee assistance programs.
