BS in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related + 8 years experience required. Full term experience must include: manufacturing procedures & processes optimization for Power Transformers, Switchgears, & Voltage Regulators; project management framework, including planning, execution, risk management, & stakeholder coordination across global sites; lead & support high-impact projects across global sites using structured project management tools; financial procedures related to industrial engineering, including cost reduction, asset optimization, & budget. Experience must also include: managing technology transfer projects, including international supplier collaboration; integrate automation, AI, & robotics into manufacturing systems to improve productivity, safety, & space utilization; Lean, Six Sigma, & Change Management methods to reduce waste, improve quality, & enhance operational efficiency; & analyze workflow, determine space requirements, & design equipment layouts for new/expanding manufacturing facilities.
