Requirements: Bachelor's or equivalent & 10 years experience in: Leveraging in-depth knowledge of Financial Crimes Frameworks, Laws, Rules, & Regulations (LRRs) to implement both U.S. & international regulations in international jurisdictions, differentiating between international & U.S. financial crimes compliance & operational risk landscapes, recognizing region-specific challenges, understanding the impact of external events, & addressing business processes that heighten compliance & operational risk through applying deep subject matter expertise in regulatory environments; Interacting with international & U.S. financial regulators & handling regulatory examinations & remediation requirements across diverse jurisdictions.
