Lead & manage cross-functional, geographically diverse engineering teams of engineers responsible for developer experience, platform infrastructure, & A/B experimentation systems. Present technical concepts & recommendations to executive leadership & stakeholders, translating complex tech topics for non-tech audiences.
Position requires a Bachelor degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or related field & 10 years of experience in the job offered or related role. Must have 10 years of experience with: building & maintaining large-scale distributed systems & cloud-based infrastructure; & software engineering in design, developing, & deploying production software systems. Must have 4 years of engineering management experience leading cross-functional teams. Must have 3 years of developer experience & platform engineering, including building developer tools, CI/CD systems, or internal platforms. Must have 3 years of experience with A/B testing platforms & experimentation frameworks. Must have 2 years of experience managing multiple teams with direct reports.
