Job Duties: Responsibility for engineering, estimating, and project management for the design and installation of deep foundation systems throughout the United States. Responsible for coordination of all technical activities on assigned projects. Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate assigned engineering work; monitor work for compliance to applicable codes, accepted engineering practices, and Company standards; ensure effective communication and coordination on assigned projects between all disciplines and all other project participants. Involved in preparation of engineering project proposals, schedules, and forecasts; budget monitoring and trend tracking; coordination and checking of engineering deliverables; and engineering deliverables and project status reports and change orders. Must recognize when technical problems are developing in the various disciplines and initiate appropriate corrective actions. Set up monitoring systems to track performance of foundation and shoring systems. Day-to-day client interaction with the client's designated representative, participating in client/contractor meetings and resolving client/engineering and management project issues.
Travel Requirement: Position is based in Bonner Springs, Kansas. Up to 20% travel to our various project sites within United States.
Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field, or foreign equivalent, higher acceptable.
Minimum Experience Requirement: 2 years civil engineering experience, including two years of deep foundation engineering experience.
