May Avenue, Inc. d/b/a Global Schoolwear is looking for a School Account Coordinator to support sales efforts and assist clients with the set-up, launch, and ongoing maintenance of school customer accounts. Remote position based out of Oak Creek, WI.
Required: 3 years experience as a Customer Account Representative. In addition, the following specific skills are required: 3 years experience with Microsoft Office & Excel; 3 years experience with CRM/Order Management system; 3 years experience resolving product or service issues by clarifying concern with client to determine root cause & problem solving with cross-functional partners to define best solution to solve issue, expedited resolution, & follow-up to ensure matter is resolved for client; 3 years experience managing B2B accounts. Ability to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. with reliable internet in a quiet, distraction free setting. Ability to travel up to 10% domestically to unanticipated client sites.
