The Quantitative Analyst performs analysis of key performance measures and supports analytic tool and Business Intelligence objects for multiple users. Provides actionable insights and recommendations that facilitate decision making to improve system implementation, customer experience and drive financial performance. Deliver actionable analyses on process changes that facilitate decision making in Customer Solutions and Product. Serve as subject matter expert in analytics and support strategic projects that directly impact the Horizon Claims platform and associated processes to drive financial performance. Create analytic framework and develop analytic tools for multiple users. Conduct complex analysis and present to management in a clear, concise and compelling manner. Analyze operational, customer experience, and financial metrics and identify cause-and-effect relationships between key business drivers. Perform analysis, measure operational results, identify business drivers and present creative, data-driven recommendations to a cross-functional set of leaders.
