• Develop and refine front-end architecture and best practices to support a fast moving product engineering team. [5%]
• Mentor members on the engineering team, especially when it comes to Video technologies. [5%]
• Be an evangelist for elevating our engineering practices and processes. [5%]
• Be dedicated to shipping a quality/bug-free product through testable and tested code. [10%]
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver a high-quality user experience. [20%]
• Evaluating state of the art third party AI models and working with a cross functional team to figure out how to best integrate them into our product. [25%]
• Iterate on our script-and-scene media editing paradigm to keep users in flow state during the editing process. [30%]
