Assist project leaders by evaluating business requirements, scoping the proposed solutions, leading to accurate cost and time estimates. Contribute individually to IT deliverables and produce complex IT work products individually. Review, analyze and evaluate business systems, processes, and company needs. Facilitate requirements gathering, structure documentation and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences. Identify and analyze non-functional requirements such as system performance, usability, reliability, adaptability, security, legal and other operational aspects. Assist in designing and formulating solutions. Support all application patching, upgrades and maintenance activities by testing and troubleshooting functional issues; work closely with the delivery team to define and execute test strategy/scripts. Lead functional acceptance testing of enhancements, patches and upgrades. Perform system troubleshooting in a production support environment. Assist users in solving both functional and system issues within agreed-to service level agreements (SLAs). Provide end-user instruction, training and support to resolve application issues. Act as the liaison between the business and the technical team members through the solution delivery process. Assist the Product Owner with creating user stories and acceptance criteria. Some telecommuting is permitted.
