Duties: Lead the development of Nordstrom's Wireless strategy supporting the shopping and fulfillment experience of our customers, and productivity of our team members. Provide technical leadership in planning, execution, and support of strategic initiatives. Lead and influence across multiple organizations to solve business and technical problems, while building and maintaining alignment with our partner teams. Identifies opportunities to support continuous improvement through performance instrumentation, automation, practical standards and KPIs. Lead the development or modification of network architectures to improve infrastructure efficiency and resource utilization. Contribute to the design of workflows and automation solutions for platform, system, and deployment enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and manage network infrastructure deployments. Innovate and drive cost management by developing network systems and tools that meet customer and business needs. Gather and define requirements, lead infrastructure and application design, and serve as the primary technical expert for projects. Establish and maintain standards for build, configuration, and recovery documentation while ensuring compliance.
