Plan, implement, & administer computer networks & related computing environments, including system software, application software, hardware, & configurations. Configure, monitor, & maintain LAN/WAN, servers, & firewalls to ensure optimal performance. Manage system security, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, & disaster recovery planning. Develop & implement IT policies & procedures for network usage, backup, & recovery. Oversee vendor management, including contract review & tech procurement. Provide tier-2/3 escalation support for complex issues beyond frontline troubleshooting. Maintain documentation of system configurations, network architecture, & IT policies. Research, evaluate, & recommend new technologies to improve operations.
Requires Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field + 12 months experience in system analysis, system administration, or related IT role.
