Duties: Directly supervise & coordinate activities of workers in pressure cleaning, roof cleaning & window cleaning; review contracts to determine service, equipment & workforce requirements; answer customer inquiries regarding methods, materials & prices; prepare estimates based on labor, material & equipment costs; visit job sites to ensure compliance with standards.
Requirements: Fluency in Portuguese & Spanish to deal with Latin American clients & employees (direct/indirect); 1 yr experience as supervisor or manager; excellent communication & organization skills; experience organizing work schedules a must.
