Engineering: Advanced Hardware Engineer for Honeywell International, Inc. (Duluth, GA). Responsible for designing, testing, & validating Battery Backup Units (BBUs), RF Products & Solutions such as BDAs, Digital Fiber Optic DAs & Antenna Monitoring Systems for coverage extension & Fire Panel Interface.
Requires Bachelor degree or equivalent in Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field + 3 years of experience developing UL2524 NFPA compliant Battery Backup Units, developing Bidirectional Amplifiers for Public Safety, developing Fiber Optic DAS for public Safety, Viasat & Viavi. Must possess 3 years of experience in the following: Developing Antenna Monitoring Systems; training manufacturing personnel; training pre-sales personnel; training tech-support personnel; preparing Submittals for UL & FCC.
Up to 20% domestic & 10% international travel required. If offered employment must have legal right to work in U.S. EOE.
