Employer will accept 2 years of additional experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
Enterprise technology & product management experience; Leadership experience, including mentoring & overseeing teams; Documenting & prioritizing product features; Managing end-to-end product lifecycles; Payroll domain expertise; Agile software methodology, including Scrum, Kanban, & Lean; API & REST; Leading project portfolios with many key stakeholders; HCM domain; Overseeing scrum teams to ensure alignment & timeline deliverables; & Strategic return on investment (ROI) analysis, product strategy.
