Master's (or foreign equivalent) in Accounting, Tax, Business Administration, Finance or related field + 1 year of experience in job offered, Address or related. Alternatively, ER will accept Bachelor's (or foreign equivalent) in Accounting, Tax, Business Administration, Finance or related & 5 years of progressively responsible experience in job offered. Must have experience in each: Resolving complex accounting issues; GAAS, GAAP, Public accounting; Microsoft Office products, including Windows, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint; Reviewing engagement profitability, including billings & collections; & Using various assurance apps & research tools. Must have CPA OR sufficient education/experience required (as determined by state Board of Accountancy) to receive CPA within 24 months of hire or promotion. ER will accept any stable combination of education, training or experience.
