Supervises construction finishes of multifamily project including tiling finishes, flooring finishes, cabinetry finishes, and project quality control. Responsible for reviewing and administrating RFIs, Submittals, Drawings, and ASIs. In addition to these, also assist the project manager in doing quantity take offs for the change orders.
Range of pay: $100,984 to $122,000 per year. May work at various, unanticipated sites throughout Pacific Northwest.
