Req Bach. in CS, Comp/Electronic Engg, IT or related + 7 yrs exp as Application/Software Developer, Software Engr, or related posn. prior exp. must incl. leading mainframe-based tech projs & teams using IBM & Unisys Mainframe; Leading info mgmt based tech projs & teams working w/ offshore developers, onsite contract project mgrs & 3rd party vendors; Staff mgmt incl hiring, performance mgmt & termination of staff; Knowl of Specialty P&C Insurance bus. processes for Farm & Ranch, Renters, Collector Vehicle, Pet & Wildfire products to apply technical solutions; Using Apache CAMEL Integration framework & Camel CXF, Java Spring, Oracle – SQL/PLSQL, SOAP/REST, Spring JPA, XML & XSD; Control-M; Tortoise SVN; Azure APIM; GitHub; Teamscale; Opentext Fortify & Maven.
May telecommute but must report to Amelia, OH office 2x/week. Base salary range anticipated for this position is $150,100 to $160,100/yr + opportunity for company bonus based upon percentage of eligible pay + variety of benefits, incl. health ins coverage, employee wellness program, life & disability ins, 401k, retirement savings plan, paid holidays & PTO.
