Reqs: Bachelor in Management Information Systems, IT or Engineering (Computer/Software) (will accept 2 years experience as Core Banking application product manager in banking sector in lieu of Bachelor) + additional 4 years experience in position offered or as Core Banking application product manager. 4 years of required experience must include structuring & leading phased migrations (assessment, testing, deployment & rollback strategies) of legacy banking systems (CICS, BOL, AS/400, Oracle Forms, monolithic apps) into modern architectures including microservices, APIs, containerization (Docker & Kubernetes) & cloud platforms (AWS, Azure & GCP); driving seamless integration of banking channels (digital, branch, back office) into Core Banking system enabling unlimited custom experiences & operational efficiency; managing system integration with middleware, ETL tools, messaging platforms (Kafka & MQ), REST & GraphQL, APIs operating legacy databases to modern SQL & NoSQL environments; managing large-scale data migrations while ensuring security, integrity, accuracy & traceability; analyzing & explaining risks, dependencies & technical solutions to technical & non-technical stakeholders; ensuring system compliance with FED & Central Bank requirements in all affected geographies; overseeing end-to-end product lifecycle management from initial design & requirements gathering to deployment & CI, using Agile delivery practices; numbering direct report team of at least 2 professional software developers/engineers; & managing operational & technology risk.
LI-DNI. Role entails hybrid work with time split between working in our Quincy, MA office & flexibility to telecommute from another US location. Salary: $179,000-$195,000/yr.
