Participate in the entire design process of our digital products & services from initial research, ideation, conceptualization & design, to testing & validation. Position requires a Bachelor (US or Foreign Equiv) degree in Design or Communication & 5 years of experience in designing digital products & services.
Must have 5 years of experience with the following: Industry standard design & research tools (Sketch or Figma, User Testing or equivalent online user research platform); Knowledge on implementation & facilitation of the overall design process, using a variety of methodologies including: Workshop facilitation, Wireframing, UI prototyping, & User Testing; Agile & SAFe methodology for teamwork & analytics product creation; Designing responsive hybrid/native digital products for both mobile & desktop solutions; Workshop planning & facilitation; & Planning & conducting user research & user testing sessions including moderator guides to generate artifacts from synthesis. Must have 3 years of experience with the following: Designing, building & managing a Design System across our ecosystem of products & services.
*Telecommuting permitted 40%; work may be performed within normal commuting distance from the PepsiCo office in Plano, TX. Salary: $126,422-$150,000/year.
