Support the vision & guide a team of engineers to bid & support digital products & apps (DPA) across S&T core priorities.
Position requires a Bachelor degree (US or Foreign Equivalent) in Computer Science or Software Engineering & 7 years of experience in Software Development or Engineering Management OR a Master's Degree (US or Foreign Equivalent) in Computer Science or Software Engineering & 5 years of experience in Software Development or Engineering Management. Must have 7 years of experience (or 5 with Master's) with the following: working knowledge of multiple programming languages including Java & JavaScript; building APIs & microservices; JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React-Redux or other front-end frameworks; Collaborate effectively with regional & global teams across functions; Architect, deploy, integrate, & configure cloud services to enhance platform scalability, performance, & reliability & Ensure high code quality through thorough functional testing, unit testing, & peer code reviews. Must have 5 years of experience with Azure, Google Cloud, AWS, & cloud-specific PaaS/SaaS solutions.
*Telecommuting permitted 40%; work may be performed within normal commuting distance from the PepsiCo office in Plano, TX. Salary: $156,998-$175,000/year.
