Lead agile working groups and efficiently interface with internal and external stakeholders to define and discuss technical, operational, and functional requirements for current and next generational applications, security, and networks. Manage proposal activities and develop proposal documents, including technical content, management plans, past performance, graphics, and pricing. Participate in team reviews, incorporate changes, coordinate, and tailor graphics, and manage source files.
