Provide technical support to field engineers, technicians, & product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing & debugging complex computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems.
Required: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, + 5 years of experience in progressive post baccalaureate product or systems engineering OR Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, + 3 years of experience in product or systems engineering. Required up to 25% international & domestic travel.
