4) Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams, ensuring shared understanding, accountability, and progress toward organizational priorities.
5) Serve as a liaison between clients and internal client/RiskSpan teams to ensure a deep understanding of business goals, aligning solutions with evolving client needs.
6) Lead discovery and intake sessions with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and refine business requirements, translating them into actionable plans.
7) Translate technical or complex updates into user-friendly language for non-technical stakeholders and executives.
8) Track and monitor project milestones and deliverables, ensuring progress is accurately documented and reported to stakeholders on a regular cadence.
