Duties:
• Perform key performance indicator (KPI) analysis by extracting information using SQL from datasets and identifying correlations and patterns, generating data-driven insights to guide Field Operations strategic management.
• Develop and maintain self-service analytical Tableau dashboard tools for Field Operations and executive stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, automate, and analyze regular KPI operational reports, as well as ad hoc reporting requests for Field Operations and executive stakeholders.
• Monitor data source, report, and dashboard quality; resolve data deficiencies as needed.
• Perform analysis of Field Operations and cross-functional projects, programs, and operations; develop new reports in response to unique project needs.
• Communicate analysis, trends and risks or concerns with operational performance, impacts or initiatives to stakeholders, including executive audiences.
• Work with core team members to manage inbound workload, gather requirements, and deliver outputs to key stakeholders within Field Operations and cross-functionally with other teams.
