Crunchyroll LLC seeks Senior NetSuite Business Analyst in Coppell, TX. Duties: Assist with system setups, saved searches, troubleshooting/debugging script/workflow issues as well as ad-hoc analyses. Conduct active dialogue with cross-functional stakeholders to identify meta patterns across customer requirements and proactively identify gaps within current landscape. Facilitate communication and provide support to both the business and enterprise technology team members in challenging technical, custom and package software implementations as well as alignment on key cross-functional initiatives. Document business use cases, process flows, report mock-up and other artifacts to obtain stakeholder buy-in and lead in user acceptance testing and documentation of test cases. Monitor project progress, identifying and escalating potential project risks and blockers to management to drive proactive and timely intervention. Must work at employer's office in Coppell, TX at least 50% of the time; may be permitted to work from home other days.
