Job Duties:
• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems and support strategic initiatives.
• Leverage generative AI and large language models to streamline operations and drive productivity gains across business units.
• Perform large-scale data analysis using statistical techniques and clustering to uncover patterns and insights.
• Proactively explore large datasets to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Design and execute rigorous experiments to test hypotheses, validate models, and identify hidden relationships in large datasets.
• Translate business needs into analytical solutions by collaborating with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven solutions and reporting requirements.
• Ensure the sustainability and performance of AI/ML models through continuous monitoring, retraining, and optimization.
• Present complex analytical findings in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
• Research and apply the latest advancements in machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence to improve analytical capabilities.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Follow best practices for data science methodologies, including coding standards, model validation, and model monitoring.
Work from home allowed 2-3 days/week. Must work from employer's Mansfield, TX office location at other times. Medical/Vision, Dental, & Retirement benefits available.
