Kohler Co. seeks Senior Managers – Enterprise Strategy for its Kohler, WI location to lead enterprise strategy, consisting of working with C-Suite & leadership team members on defining enterprise strategy & working with leaders within the business units on strategy deployment & strategic planning.
Employer will accept a Master's degree in BA, Economics, Operations, Engineering (any) or related field & 5 yrs of exp in the job offered or in a similar occupation in the management consulting or consumer industry. Must report to / work from HQ 4 days per week; work from home permitted anywhere in U.S. 1 day per week. 10% Domestic & International travel required.
