Duties: Develop estimates at multiple phases from design through construction. Estimate discipline-related services. Use AutoCAD to review & interpret drawings, verify dimensions & project scope, & coordinate with other tools to support accurate cost estimation. Perform quantity surveys & quantity take-off. Create BIM models using Revit & use models & Success Estimator to create estimates. Will work remotely at various client sites within the domestic U.S.A.
Requirements: Master's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a closely related degree & 36 months' experience in job offered or as Cost Estimator. Experience which may have been obtained concurrently must include 36 months' experience in On-Screen Takeoff (OST), Revit & AutoCAD.
