Elevate software engineering standards by exploring and adopting new technologies and methodologies. Own performance testing which includes scripting, execution, and reporting for assigned products and applications. Develop and execute performance test scripts across multiple projects, conducting end-to-end performance testing, and implementing DevOps capabilities along with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment practices. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product reference documents and adapt to remain effective in a fast-paced, changing AI environment. Demonstrate leadership qualities by leading a team of four through various project stages, managing daily meetings, and orchestrating product demonstrations. Telecommuting is permitted.
