Casper Sleep, Inc. seeks Program Manager, Operations Technology in New York, NY:
Responsible for key components of supply chain technologies enabling eCom, retail, and wholesale lines of businesses. Plan, conduct, and execute workshops with business stakeholders for key projects/initiatives to achieve organization level strategy goals. Manage internal plan & build teams of Business Analyst professionals, Lead Developers & Architects, and 3rd party software vendors. Responsible for owning and managing the supply chain & order to cash functions. Participate in periodic discussion with business executives on project health, status, budgeting, and reporting. Prepare project plan, develop a business case, and secure approvals from project sponsors. Act as a Center of Excellence (COE) for tools/software selection process. Collaborate with multiple user/IT teams on requirement gathering/workshops to find a better solution. Oversee implementation projects on Oracle JDE. Manage shared services – IT vendor offshore/onsite coordination. Research potential solutions, business development solutions, lead interviews with customers. Collaborate with business executives in the decision-making process, road mapping the budget & timeline for mission-critical projects for the organization. Conduct weekly project management meetings. Bring valuable ERP experience in steering business discussions to drive required process changes.
Partner with business stakeholders to establish goals and business policies for the strategic vision of the organization.
100% Telecommuting permitted.
40 hrs/week, $190,291.32/yr. - $200,000.00/yr. Must also have authority to work permanently in the U.S.
