Snap Finance, Inc. seeks Sr. Technical Support in West Valley City, UT.
Duties:
Administer effective frontline desk assistance to customers where inquiries are beyond the knowledge of the junior and mid-level help desk team members. Be the face of the team and point of contact for any issue that might arise. Give specific directions to the Service Desk team members to enable them to meet specific customer needs. Showcase level of expertise by providing satisfactory explanations and solutions to customer and peers questions and issues to gain their confidence. Backup support for Helpdesk Technical Lead. Enhance excellence in communication and monitor the level of service delivery in order to determine areas of lapses. Provide first line and one and done support to the executive stakeholders and leadership team members in accordance with our values, fast, flexible and friendly, do it the right way and get stuff done. Create good working relationship amongst members of the help desk team to ensure smooth flow of work, which improves overall performance. Help mentoring and train our existing and new IT team members in order to improve their technical knowledge and abilities.
Requires:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer programming, or a related field and 10 years of experience in related occupations. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience, employer will accept 12 years of experience in related occupations. Requires Spanish language fluency.
The position requires experience in each of the following skills:
IT Support, IT environments and hardware maintenance, IT projects; PowerShell, Bash/Bin, batch scripting; and active directory, office 365, windows server, windows - previous versions and including 10/11, Mac OS iPadOS and iOS. Requires experience with the following: Enterprise Security Software (EDR, DLP, ZTNA) and Collaboration Applications (Slack, Zoom, Teams, Atlassian Suite, Wrike); and MDM Solutions (JAMF, Microsoft Intune, Manage Engine Desktop Central).
40 hours/week. Must also have authority to work permanently in the U.S.
