Requirements: Bachelor or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems or related IT field + at least 3 years of programming post-Baccalaureate experience as Data Analyst, Systems Analyst, Data Engineer or related position involving Data Analysis & exploration, Data Mining, Data Science & Big Data Technology (Hive & Impala). Full term of experience must include hands-on development utilizing SQL, Python, EDW & Oracle. 2 years of experience: Cloudera Hadoop Data Lake, Hive, HQL, Impala, Hue, optimization techniques, HQL queries, actuarial & accounting models, LDTI, Reinsurance, Actuarial valuation & assumption procedures, data analysis experience in Annuity & Life insurance lifecycle, Business Intelligence & Data Visualization in Tableau or Power BI, Agile, Change Management, Tools-Archer, Service Now. 40 hrs/wk. Telecommuting/hybrid schedule within a commutable distance from worksite may be available.
