Lead enterprise tech initiatives; transform business requirements into scalable system architecture. Collaborate across functions, align solutions with org goals, stakeholder & employee needs. Drive product & point solutions development using AI in HR; scalable solutions for talent acquisition, compensation management, workforce analytics. Design & implement predictive models, automate analysis, improve outcomes. Evaluate technical & customer feasibility for solutions. Plan & manage infrastructure strategy/execution: middleware, cloud platforms, integrated HR systems. Address product challenges, deploy enhancements, maintain operational continuity. Manage cross-functional tech resources. Use workforce analytics & training to ensure team readiness. Facilitate stakeholder engagement, solution development, workshops, proof-of-concept sessions, review cycles. Guide teams & translate customer feedback to enhancements & product evolution. Supervise & oversee team of Software Developers, Compensation Systems Analysts.
Require BS in Mathematics or related. Accept any combination of education (including foreign) /training/experience properly evaluated as equivalent to a US BS in Mathematics or related. Require 60 months experience in SAP Consulting. Require SAP Certification.
