American Express Company seeks Directors, Digital Product Management to collaborate and coordinate across computer engineering and digital products teams, processing work through the product life cycle from discovery to development.
Position requires a Master's degree in Comp Sci, Eng, Inf Sys, or a related STEM field, & 2 yrs of exp with digital product development & business analysis in an enterprise setting. Exp must include 2 yrs of exp with each of the following: translating technical & business objectives into software solutions; software development lifecycle & product launching capabilities in Agile & Scrum environments; performing data analysis to gain organizational insights; creating workflow diagrams using Visio; linking business requirements & conducting User Acceptance Testing; data visualization, reporting, & dashboarding to track key business indicators & product performance; business logic implementation; ensuring product security standards & protocols to authenticate, encrypt, & audit log data using SAML & XSS; building intuitive UI apps & optimizing UI performance, including throughput, response time, & resource utilization; functional prototyping of product use-cases to gain iterative customer feedback & implement business solutions; & supporting cloud-based apps (SaaS) hosted on AWS & SQL queries.
Telecommuting is available up to 2 days per week. Job Location: Phoenix, AZ. Rate of Pay: $144,250.00 - $256,250.00 annually.
