Manage all aspects of engagements with existing & new customers for our org.

Reqs: Bachelor degree or foreign equiv in Bus Admin, or related field + 2 yrs of exp with account management. Full term of exp must include: exp developing & implementing strategic Territory Management Plans & individual Account/Opportunity Plans; active & professional use of CRM System (SFDC) to show pipeline growth & accuracy in forecasting information; proficiency in applying a consultative selling framework to improve customer conversion rate; exp acting as a "quarterback" to enhance the company-to-customer rapport through facilitating deep & wide personal/professional relationships throughout the customer sales cycle & cross-functionally within both orgs; exp leading customer through their technology journey by understanding customer requirements & developing the appropriate company support team to address customer needs. Up to 90% domestic travel req. Telecommuting permitted. If offered employment must have legal right to work in U.S. EOE.
