Requires master's/bachelor's in Engineering/Business Analytics & PM/Math/related/equivalent. Requires with master's 1 year, with bachelor's 3 years management consulting experience in Life Sciences/pharma industry including (if master's 1 year/if bachelor's 3 years): use data processing tools like MS Excel, SQL, Alteryx, Python, R/SAS; lead project teams, mentor analysts; SME for projects like Long & Short Range Forecasting, Claims Analytics, Market Assessments, Predictive Modeling for look-alike patients, patient Journey, HCP & Account Segmentation, Sales Force Structure & Sizing, Territory Alignment Design & Launch & Product Performance Tracker Design & Maintenance; work with syndicated pharma data sources like longitudinal patient data, Healthcare plan & payer data, national/subnational Rx & sales data & market access data; manage multiple projects, priorities & deliver on tight deadlines; develop collaborative relationships with senior managers & directors at clients in Life Sciences industry; use knowledge of key issues & ongoing developments in Life Sciences & pharma industry to establish credibility with clients.
