Provide technical support, including fielding and handling customer issues via phone, chat, and email. Perform network troubleshooting of Amazon services utilizing tools and technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, routing, switching, LAN/WAN, traceroute, iperf, dig, cURL or related. Provide proactive recommendations throughout all phases of web service implementation for key customers around hypervisor/virtualization, Kubernetes, Docker and containerization. Partial telecommuting permitted; employee will be required to report to office multiple days per week.
The pay range for this position in Seattle, WA is $109,242 to $160,000 (yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
