Kinesso Media, LLC (Miami, FL) seeks Regional Director, Digital Trading to drive revenue & profitability through strategic, region-wide programmatic media mix solutions.
Requires Bachelor in Advertising, Marketing or Communication (will accept 2 years experience in position offered or Media Director or PR Director in lieu of Bachelor) + 2 additional years experience in offered position or Managing Director or Head of Products in advertising/marketing agency. 2 years of required experience must include leading programmatic advertising strategy development & execution; managing team of at least 25 programmatic specialists in developing & implementing programmatic media buying strategies across DV360, The Trade Desk & Xandr; overseeing agency P&L, revenue growth & margin optimization; directing business strategy development, supply path optimization, analysis of results of programmatic media buying strategies & collaborations with supply-side platforms to inventory quality strategies; developing strategic partnerships with data management platforms, customer data platforms & data providers; ensuring trading practices comply with GDPR & CCPA; overseeing implementation of content marketing platforms, tagging policies & data handling protocols; leading multidisciplinary teams across traders, operations, analytics & client services; & monitoring ad fraud & brand safety protocols via IAS, MOAT & DoubleVerify.
LI-DNI. Role entails hybrid work with time split between working in Miami, FL office & flexibility to telecommute from another US location.
