Reqs: Bachelor degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Business Administration or related + 2 years of related investment banking experience in job offered or related. 2 years experience must include: Supporting senior bankers in generating & maintaining potential client relationships with Boards, C-level management & investors at leading large-cap tech companies; reviewing & synthesizing industry research to develop perspectives on current & future market for tech M&A for presentation to Boards, C-level management & investors at leading large-cap tech companies; preparing materials for meetings with senior management at large-cap tech companies & tech-focused private equity firms to understand areas of interest for future M&A activities; reviewing & performing valuation analysis to be presented to Boards or C-level management of tech companies contemplating billion dollar + M&A transactions; reviewing & performing financial analysis to assess the financial firepower of potential large cap tech companies & tech-focused private equity firms; driving day-to-day execution of sale of 1B dollar + publicly listed tech companies including preparing marketing materials, performing valuation analysis, coordinating buyer diligence, preparing fairness opinions, & assisting in preparation of transaction communications & post-transaction documentation; driving day-to-day execution of sale of 1B dollar + private tech companies, including preparing marketing materials, performing valuation analysis, coordinating buyer diligence & creating payout model; developing & mentoring junior bankers.
Offered Salary range: $175,000 - $225,000. M-F, 40 hours/week. Telecommuting permitted 1 day/week.
